Pablo Liñero Otegui

Prior to founding Bakerson Companies,
Mr. Linero represented the investments team at Brookfield Properties and HP Investors. Pablo has overseen and directed the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, closing and management of multiple property types across the United States. Throughout his career, Pablo has been involved in over
$2B real estate transactions.Mr. Linero graduated from the University of San Diego with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
Maclain Caldwell

Prior to joining Bakerson Companies, Mr. Caldwell served as Chief Financial Officer of GeneSuites, a boutique life science developer. In this role, Maclain was responsible for overseeing all financing, investment, and operating strategies for the firm. Prior to GeneSuites, Maclain was a member of the investments team at Brookfield Properties
and OliverMcMillan.Mr. Caldwell graduated from the University of San Diego with a double major in Finance and Real Estate and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California.
Bryan Boyle

Prior to joining Bakerson Companies,
Mr. Boyle served as Director, Finance at IQHQ, a large-scale life science developer. In this role, Bryan led the budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the firm’s $5B+ active development portfolio. Prior to IQHQ, Bryan was a member of the accounting and investments teams at Brookfield Properties and OliverMcMillan.Mr. Boyle graduated from DePaul University with a major in Accounting.
Santiago Salazar

Mr. Salazar serves as the firm’s Real Estate Analyst. In this role, Mr. Salazar is primarily responsible for assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, and closing process. Additionally, Mr. Salazar is involved in the asset management and new investments business plan execution. Mr. Salazar graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration.
Douglas Kinoshita

Prior to joining Bakerson Companies, Mr. Kinoshita served as controller of Coseo Properties. In this role, Mr. Kinoshita is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions for the company’s overall portfolio of 15 multi-family and office properties. Prior to Coseo, Mr. Kinoshita was the Controller for HP Investors where he was the lead role for all accounting functions for their 54 office properties in Oakland and San Diego. Mr. Kinoshita holds nearly 4 decades worth of financial and accounting experience. Douglas holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University.
